Booking Policy

Please read before making an appointment.
Deposit

When booking with AestheticsLoungeLondon there will be a £40 non-refundable deposit will need to be taken before any booking can proceed. There is a grace period of 48 hours where if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, your deposit can be carried over, the deposit is taken off from your final balance.

Lateness

Every patient is valuable and we need to give every patient reasonable time to have their consultation and discuss what outcome they are after, if you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of £20 will be added to your treatment. Unfortunately anything later than 30 minutes your appointment is cancelled due to having to give the next client and yourself the time and care you need when you come to have your treatment.

Cancellations/Reschedule
Any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please give 48 hours notice. If this is missed your deposit cannot be refunded nor will you be able to carry it over and will have to make a new booking paying another deposit.
